    1-Lb Hot smoked sausage
    3-med potatoes
    2-pkgs onion soup mix
    1-tsp caraway seeds

    Drain and Rinse Kraut
    Dice Sausage small chunks
    Dice potatoes 1/2 squares
    Mix all ingredients in medium roasting pan
    Cover an bake 350 deg. for 1-1/2 hours.
