1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (any flavor)
1-9" pie shell, pre-made or from scratch(unbaked)
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
2 T. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream

Recipe




Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Prepare pie shell. Mix cheese and sausage, thensprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine green pepper, red pepper, onion and cream to the beaten eggs. Pour in shell. Bake at 375° for 40 - 45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes before serving. You can substitute crab, or shrimp for the sausage.
