German Apple Pancakes

3 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
2-3 tart apples
Sugar, cinnamon
Recipe
Beat eggs and add milk. Then add flour and salt. Stir in syrup to make a smooth batter. Add more flour if neccessary. Peel tart apples, then slice about 1/4 inch thick (core first). Drop apple slice in batter and coat both sides. Fry as for regular pancakes. Serve by mixing sugar and cinnamon together in a dish and dipping both sides in this mixture.
