this a a great recipe for the single person just starting out. Its cheap and easy and a one dish meal. And plenty of leftovers.
List of Ingredients
Using a 9x13" glass cakepan.
Sprinkle with one cup long grain rice (uncooked). Add chicken pieces on top of rice. Add one can of mushroom, celery, or broccoli and 2 cans of water. Pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle with one envelope of dry onion soup mix.Recipe
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 and a 1/2 hour.
