Recipe Introduction
another recipe I had at work and the cook wouldn't give me the recipe. lol. So I invented my variation and I must say it was very close.
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 egg, beaten
10-12 soda crackers, crunched (unsalted is best)
1/2 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix, (knorr)
1 can celery soup, low sodium
Recipe
Defrost spinach and squeeze out all the juice. Put into a medium bowl. Mix in rest of ingredients well. Put into a greased casserole and bake @ 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until puffy.
