Love this and you can make so many changes to it to suite your taste for a perogy
List of Ingredients
6 lasagne noodles, cooked
2 cups mashed potatoes, hot
1/4 cup cheese whiz, melted in potatoes
6 slices of bacon, fried to a crisp and crumbled
1 green onion, chopped
2 cup grated mozzarellaRecipe
In lightly greased 9x13" pan. Layer 3 cooked noodles. Mix next 4 ingredients well and place over noodles. Put ast 3 noodles on top and cover with mozza cheese. Bake @ 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
*alternate options:
`you can use cottage cheese in place of the bacon
`can also use cheddar melted into the potatoes, instead of cheese whiz.
