Ingredients
1 quart cran-raspberry juice
1/2 cup sugar
orange zest, cut into strips
2/3 cup orange juice
club soda
sherbet

Directions
In a medium saucepan, add cran-raspberry juice and sugar. Bring to a boil over low heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in orange juice and cool. Pour into pitcher, cover and refrigerate until chilled. Remove orange zest and pour 1/2 cup juice into glasses, add club soda and add top with a scoop of sherbet.
