List of Ingredients




Pepsi Cake

1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup Pepsi
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs


Glaze:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Pepsi
1 stick butter
1/4 cup water




Recipe



Cake Directions:

Spread the peanuts in the bottom of a greased bundt pan. Add all the reast of the ingredients together and beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour over the peanuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until done.

Glaze Directions:

Add all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for2 minutes. Pour over the cake in the pan. Let sit for 5 minutes. Turn cake onto serving plate. Good warm or chilled.
