Seven-Up Cake
Cake:
1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 Pineapple instant pudding
4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
10 oz. 7-Up
Icing:
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can Angel Flake Coconut
2 eggs
Recipe
Empty cake mix and instant pudding into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and eggs. Beat about 2 minutes. Add 7-Up and mix until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 35 to 40 minutes. While still hot, spread with icing. For the icing: Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick. Add coconut and blend well. Spread over cake while both are still warm.
