    Recipe Introduction


    This is a good recipe to serve at holiday time.

    List of Ingredients




    1 2/3 c all purpose flour (I prefer cake flour)
    1/2 c chopped nuts (I use walnut or pecan)
    3/4 c butter - melted
    1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese - room temperature (softened)
    1 c confectioners sugar
    1 c non dairy topping - divided
    1 pkg (3 oz)instant vanilla pudding
    1 pkg (3 oz) instant chocolate pudding
    3 c milk
    1 c shaved chocolate or toasted coconut

    Recipe



    Combine flour, nuts and butter in medium bowl. Press firmly in bottom of 9 X 13" pan. Bake at 350* F for 15 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Stir in 1/2 c of the whipped topping. Spread over baked layer. Mix pudding and milk; spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 c whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or over night.

    This makes 15 servings.
