Recipe Link: http://www.yahoogroups.com/messages/holiday-recipes List of Ingredients Serves about 3-4 4 Boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves 1 tsp Dried marjoram 2 Tbsp Butter 1 Garlic clove, minced 4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled 1 carton (8 oz.) Lowfat sour cream 3 Tbsp finely minced green onion Salt and ground black pepper to tasteRecipe Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle marjoram over chicken. Melt butter in frying pan and brown chicken on both sides and place in a casserole dish. In same pan, saute garlic; reduce heat to low, add blue cheese and the sour cream, and stir until blended. Spoon sauce over chicken; cover and bake for one hour or until done. Remove cover; add green onions and cook five more minutes.
