EASY! This is a 4 ingredient recipe. PREP: 5 min COOK: 15 minutes. These breaded chicken breasts are crispy and brown on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. MMmmmm! Serve the chicken with your favorite pasta and sauce.
List of Ingredients
Serves 4.
4 skinless bonelss chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
1/3 c Italian Style dry bread crumbs
2 T olive or vegetable oil.
Recipe
STEPS:
1) Dip chicken into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs.
2) Heat oil in a 12" non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken in oil12-15 minutes, turning ONCE, until golden brown and juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
