    Raspberry Spareribs

    2 to 2 1/2 pounds Spareribs

    Raspberry Glaze:

    1/2 cup Ketchup
    1/4 Seedless Raspberry Jam
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
    2 teaspoons Vinegar
    1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
    1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke (optional)

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. Arrange ribs in single layer in microwave dish, placing thickest portions toward the outside edges of dish. Pour sauce over ribs; cover with plastic wrap.

    Now microwave on HIGH for 7-8 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn during cooking. Then microwave on MEDIUM for 15 to 19 minutes, or until ribs are tender and no longer pink. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes before serving. To serve, spoon sauce over ribs.
