    Corn Souffle

    1 egg
    4 whole saltines, broken,crushed. i use 16 townhouse
    1 can (14oz) cream style corn
    salt and pepper to taste

    Beat egg in sm casserole.Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Microwave 5 min. on hg. stirring half way though. Rest a few mins.you and the corn before serving serves 4,
