    This is an excellent salad for Easter or any occasion.

    List of Ingredients




    Spiced Peach Jello.....

    2 large cans Spice Peaches
    1 cup Pineapple chunks (no juice)
    Or 1 cup White Grapes
    1/2 to 1 cup Pecans (chopped)
    2 cups Peach juice
    2 pkgs. lemon Jello
    1 cup Orange juice
    1 cup Water or Ginger ale

    Recipe



    Drain peaches, reserving 2 cups of juice. Cut pineapple chunks in half pieces.

    Heat juice and dissolve Jello. Add orange juice and water and cool. Add fruit and nuts. cool in a 12x7 pan.

    Note: Can use water instead of Ginger Ale!
