8 medium carrots peeled
1 litre or a bit less of 7 UP
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
salt and pepper
Recipe
Peel carrots and cut into 1/2 " coins. Put in pot and add 7 Up. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and cook until carrots are crisp tender. Drain and put into a serving bowl. Add the butter, brown sugar andsalt and pepper and toss till coated.
