Recipe Introduction
This recipe is another member of the Soda Pop family in my file. Suggest this with the rest of the soft drink menu of a soda pop main entree, punch (in my recipe file)and perhaps the Seven Up Salad (in my list of recipes here.)Of course, no meal is complete without a dessert! - a soft drink cake (many in my recipe box to choose from!)

Gingeraled Potatoes
5 lbs of potatoes
1 litre of gingerale
1 tablespoon butter
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
water
Recipe
Peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Cover with the ginger ale. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender. Drain. Put into a bowl. Toss with the butter and grated ginger until each potatoe is coated.
