Baked Oatmeal

Per serving: 102 calories; 19 g carbohydrates; 6 g protein; 1 g fat; 55 mg sodium
List of Ingredients
1/3 cup cooked oatmeal
3/4 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, if desiredRecipe
Stir all ingredients together until well blended. If mixture seems thick, add 1 or 2 teaspoons water. Spoon into 6 foil-lined muffin cups or oiled custard dishes, allowing about 1/3 cup per serving. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
