    1 egg
    2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix
    Powdered sugarPreheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Recipe



    Combine egg, whipped topping and lemon cake mix. Spoon off about 1 tablespoon of dough and drop it in a bowl of powdered sugar to coat. Remove with a small strainer or slotted spoon and drop onto a Silpat-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Cookies may not look done, but they are.

    Let stand 1 minute before removing from baking sheet to a cookie rack.

    Makes about 65 cookies.
