    Pepperoni Hors d' Oeuvres

    2 cups flour
    3 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup oil
    2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
    2/3 cup water
    2/3 cup chopped pepperoni

    Sift together the flour and baking powder; add cheese and mix well. In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, parsley and water. Stir into the flour mixture, it will be alittle thick. Add the pepperoni.
    Grease and flour a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan; preheat oven to 350°. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 20 minutes or until done. Remove and brush with oil on top. Let cool for 10 minutes; cut into small squares.

    Makes 48 pieces
