Sour Cream Waffles
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons peanut oil
Sift dry ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs until light; beat in sour cream. Stir in the dry ingredients, add the oil and blend well. Cook on hot waffle iron until light colored. Remove and cool on wire rack. Put on wax paper and place sheets of wax paper between, and put in a plastic freezer bag. To reheat, pop in toaster.
