    Raspberry Pie Supreme

    1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
    4-5 cups raspberries
    1 cup sour cream
    1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Spread berries in unbaked pie shell. Combine sugar,flour, and salt; mix together and add sour cream. Blend well.

    Spoon over berries. Spread to the edge of pie shell. Sprinkle top edge of shell with 2 teaspoons sugar. Bake at 450° F. for 10 minutes; reduce to 350° F. for 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Cool at room temperature; serve.
