    Lucille's Chicken Casserole

    4 to 6 whole chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup melted margarine
    1 (8-ounce) package herb-seasoned stuffing mix

    Cook chicken in 2-1/2 cups water until tender; cool. Save 2 cups of the chicken stock ( or use canned chicken broth). Remove chicken from bones; cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a 3-quart casserole.

    Combine soups and 1 cup broth; pour over the chicken. Mix in the butter with remaining chicken broth and mix with the stuffing mix. Pour over the chicken. Bake at 400° F. for about 30 to 35 minutes.

    Serves 4-6

    Note: Doesn't need salt.
