Easy Peach Crisp
6 cups peaches, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1-1/2 cups 100% natural cereal
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375° F. Have ready an 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine peaches and lemon juice; mix well.
In small bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over peaches and mix.
Bake 20 minutes, stirring once. In another small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle on peach mixture and continue baking 10 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
