Chicken Casserole
10 pieces chicken, skinned
1 package Lipton Onion soup mix
1 (6-oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
1-1/2 cups long-grain rice (No Minute rice)
Place chicken in a greased casserole; sprinkle the onion soup mix and the orange juice over top of chicken. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
Cook rice until tender and stir into it, or put cooked rice in casserole with chicken on top. Do not use Minute Rice. Cover while baking.
