    Mexican Gazpacho (Cold Soup)

    1 large can V-8 cocktail juice
    1 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
    1/2 cup thinly sliced peppers
    1/4 cup salad oil
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 small garlic clove, chopped fine
    Tabasco or hot sauce to taste
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Combine and chill for 4 hours. Garnish with sliced avocado just before serving.
