    MEXICAN FIESTA DIP MIX

    1/2 cup dried parsley
    1/3 cup minced onion
    1/4 cup dried chives
    1/3 cup chili powder
    1/4 cup ground cumin
    dash of salt



    Recipe



    Mix the above and put in a pretty decorated glass gift jar.
    Attach a Christmas tag to a piece of Raffia, and tie it on the jar.

    This is what will be written on the tag....

    “Mix 3 tbsp Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream OR low fat yogurt.”

    In a bowl, combine the mayo and sour cream, whisk until smooth. Add fiesta mix and whisk again. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
