    BEEF STROGANOFF

    List of Ingredients

    1 ½ lbs. sirloin or round steak
    8 ozs. sour cream
    2 tbsps. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 small onions, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic
    ¼ cup flour
    1 cup beef bouillon
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 pkg. egg noodles

    Recipe

    Cut steak into ½ inch strips. Roll strips in flour and salt. Fry onions and garlic. Add beef and brown. Remove from heat. Combine 2 tbsps. flour with drippings. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened. Add sour cream and heat slowly until gravy simmers. Add beef mixture and heat for several minutes. Serve hot over egg noodles.
