    Recipe Introduction

    Use this recipe for spaghetti, meatball sandwiches, sweet and sour, brown gravy meatballs, etc. Just change the sauce.

    List of Ingredients

    4 eggs
    2 cups bread crumbs
    ½ cup finely chopped onion
    1 tbsp. salt
    ½ tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
    4 lbs. Lean ground beef

    Recipe

    In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the next six ingredients. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls, about 12 dozen. Place in single layers in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pans.

    Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often; drain. Cool. Place about 30 meatballs each into freezer containers. May be frozen for up to 3 months.

    (Making meatballs of equal size. Lightly pat meat mixture into a 1 inch thick rectangle. Cut the rectangle into the same number of squares as meatballs in the recipe. Gently roll each square into a ball. Presto!)
