STUFFED PEPPERS

2 lbs. ground beef
6 – 8 green peppers
1 jar spaghetti sauce
6 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. onions
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsps. celery salt
salt & pepper
Recipe
Cut tops off peppers and scrape out inside. Boil peppers for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix meat, cooked rice and seasonings. Saute onions in butter and add to meat mixture. Fill peppers ¾. Be careful not to split peppers.
Bake in a 350 oven for ½ hour. Turn peppers up-side down and cook for ½ hour. Turn back right-side up and pour sauce over and bake for 5 minutes more. Serve
