¼ cup flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ - 2 lbs. beef round or rib eye
2 tbsps. oil
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
garlic to taste
1 tbsp. steak sauce
Recipe
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut steak into serving sizes. Dredge steaks in flour mixture. In skillet, brown steaks in oil. Drain and place in 2 ½ qt. casserole. Top with celery and onion. Combine water, garlic and steak sauce; pour over vegetables.
Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 ½ hours.
