    List of Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup luke warm water
    ¾ tsp. salt
    2 ½ cups flour
    1 cake yeast mixed with 2 tbsps. luke warm water

    Recipe

    Heat water to luke warm. Beat egg and add sugar. Add melted butter, luke warm water and mix. Add yeast. Add salt to flour and then add to mixture; mix 5 minutes. Let rise until doubled in size. Knead dough lightly for 5 minutes. Divide in 4 equal parts. Roll as thin as pastry into a circle. Spread with melted butter and cut into pie wedges; roll up. Let rise until doubled in size.

    Bake in a 350 oven for 12 minutes. Yield 30 rolls
