BACON AND EGG QUICHE

8 strips bacon, diced
1½ cups milk
½ cup prepared biscuit mix
3 eggs
¼ cup butter, melted
dash of pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Cook bacon until crisp, crumble and set aside. In blender combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and pepper. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top of egg mixture; gently press below surface with a fork.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
