PEACH CREME CHEESE CREPES

2 large peaches
1 pkg. cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
2 tbsps. whipping cream
5 tbsps. brown sugar
¾ tsp. nutmeg
8 crepes (see recipe for crepes)
Recipe
Peel and slice the peaches to make 2 cups. Set aside. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and whipping cream until smooth. Add the brown sugar and nutmeg. Set aside.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of the filling with 3 or 4 peach slices into the center of each crepe. Roll up or fold each crepe into quarters. Place on serving platter. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve with whipped cream to spoon over each serving.
