List of Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup baking cocoa
2 tsps. baking soda
1 tsp. baking power
½ tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 cup hot water
Frosting of your choice




Recipe

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil, buttermilk and eggs. Add water and stir until combined. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-38 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes our clean. Cool completely. Frost. Yield: 12-16 servings.
