    PINEAPPLE CAKE

    List of Ingredients

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 12-oz. tub Cool Whip


    Recipe

    Prepare cake mix as directed, except use juice from the pineapple can instead of the water (if necessary, add water to make the right amount). Bake according to instructions in 2 round cake pans. Once done, use a piece of thread to separate each cake in half to make 4 layers. Set aside.


    Frosting:
    Combine pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip in a bowl. After
    cake has cooled, spread frosting in between cake layers and on top.
