POPPYSEED CAKE

List of Ingredients
¾ cup butter
1 ¾ cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
1 can poppyseed filling
2 cups flour
2 tsps. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, add potatoes and poppyseed filling. Sift dry ingredients together; add to batter alternating with milk and vanilla.
Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour. Use a bunt pan for this cake. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
