Recipe Introduction
I seen these at a Craft Fair and had to make them. I made these for my nephews' birthday party and even the adults were eating them. Yesterday Kristi and I were at the Mall and we passed by the expensive chocolate shop and there in the window were chocolate covered marshmallow pops! They were square marshmallows, but who cares? LOLOL I didn't stop to see how much they were. Probably should have.
List of Ingredients
14 lollipop sticks
1 bag large marshmallows
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
sprinkles
1 block of styrofoam
Recipe
Put 3 marshmallows on a stick with the top marshmallow just covering the stop of the stick. Bag makes 14 pops.
Melt chocolate in a tall skinny container. Dip pop into chocolate and use a dull knife to spread to cover the marshmallows and take off the excess chocolate. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles. Stand up finished pop in styrofoam block. When all pops are finished and in the styrofoam block, put in fridge to set.
I left the pops in the styrofoam and covered the styrofoam with birthday tissue paper and brought it to the party like that. It was a pretty centerpiece and the talk of the party!
