CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER BALLS

Recipe Introduction

These are also commonly known as Buckeyes.

List of Ingredients

2 cups peanut butter
2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 bags semi chocolate chips
1/2 bar of parafin wax


Recipe

Mix peanut butter and butter together until creamy.
Slowly add sugar until stiff. Roll into 1/2" balls. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets and refrigerate for 1 hour.


Melt chocolate and parafin wax in a double boiler.
Pick up balls on toothpick and dip in chocolate, leaving a small circle undipped at the end where the toothpick is.
Place on waxed paper. Cool in freezer until chocolate is set.
