    1 egg
    2 tbsps. cold water
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup pie crust mix
    1 cup chopped Planters Southern Belle Pecans
    3/4 cup light brown sugar

    Recipe



    Combine egg, water, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Beat until blended. Mix in pie crust mix, 1/2 cup pecans and brown sugar. Turn batter out onto a well greased and floured baking sheet; spread to a 12 inch square. Sprinkle with remaining pecans.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes, until done. Immediately loosen edges with spatula. Cool on baking sheet. Cut into 1x2 inch rectangles.
