List of Ingredients

1 pt. Or 2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 lb. margarine
4 cups flour
2 tbsps. sugar
2 tbsps. baking powder
powdered sugar
assorted fillings
2 egg whites


Recipe

Thaw ice cream (do not liquify) and soften margarine. Mix together ice cream and margarine and add sugar, flour and baking powder. Refrigerate dough overnight. Roll out dough, cut in a circle with a glass or cookie cutter. Fill carefully with filling, fold sides into center covering filling in the middle, seal with egg whites.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 – 20 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
