    These are good, specially frosted!

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup soft butter
    1 egg
    2 tbsps. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add butter with pastry blender til resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in egg, milk and vanilla. Knead dough lightly and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours.

    Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll out each to 1/4 thickness. Cut with floured cookie cutter.

    Bake 10 - 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
