1 lb. margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 cups flour
preservesRecipe
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add 2 eggs and 4 cups of flour.
Roll out dough and cut into squares. Place a tsp. full of preserves in the middle of the square and pull up opposite sides and bring to center to make a diamond shape.
Bake in a 375 degree oven until golden brown for 12 to 15 minutes.
