1 box Duncan Hines Red Velvet cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together to make a cookie dough. Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten down slightly. Bake at 375° until the tops crackle about 10 minutes. Cook and frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 t. milk
1 t. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until smooth and spreadable. Refrigerate any remaining frosting.
TIP: There is enough frosting to cover a double batch of cookies.
