1 1/4 cups butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups peanut butter chips


Recipe



Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.

Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 9 minutes. Cookies will be soft. They puff during baking and flatten upon cooling. Makes 4-1/2 dozen.
