    Base:
    1 White Cake Mix
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup coconut

    Filling:
    4-6 apples, sliced thinly
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 16 oz. sour cream
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Mix cake mix, butter and coconut together and place in a pie dish. Build up sides slightly and bake for 10 mins in a 350 degree over.

    Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon. Beat together sour cream and egg.

    Arrange apples onto warm crust. Drizzle cream and egg mix over.

    Bake a for 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
