    Mmmmmmmmm, had this dessert at my cousin's wedding shower. Everyone had their own served in those little white ramakins. I like my own dessert, but I think they should start making those invididual sized ramakins bigger!

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    2 cups flour
    2 sticks butter or margarine (softened)
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped very fine

    Filling:
    2 cups powdered sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened)

    Topping:
    2 pkgs. chocolate, lemon or butterscotch instant pudding mix
    3 cups cold milk
    1 tub Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Mix flour, butter and pecans. Spread evenly in a 13" by 9" pan or use individual ramakins. Bake 15 minutes. Cool and set aside.

    Mix powdered sugar with cream cheese. Whip until creamy. Spread evenly on cooled crust.

    Whip 2 pkgs. pudding mix with milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.

    Make at least 24 hours in advance to insure solid topping. May be made and refrigerated 2 days in advance.

    Excellent for a dinner party dessert.

    Approximately 10 to 12 servings.
