    1 stick margarine
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 can crushed pineapples, drained
    2 boxes coconut cookies
    1 pkg. raspberry jello
    Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Butter a 9x13 inch pan and arrange a layer of coconut bars in bottom of pan.

    Mix margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese, beat until fluffy. Add pineapple.

    Spread ½ of mixture on top of coconut bars. Add another layer of coconut bars and spread with remaining mixture.

    Prepare jello according to directions. Let congeal to syrup stage; beat until fluffy and spread over cream cheese layer.

    Refrigerate overnight. Spread Cool Whip on top of jello layer.
