12 vanilla wafers
2 – 8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Recipe
Line muffin pan with foil liners. Place 1 wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until blended. Add eggs and mix. Pour over wafers, fill ¾ full. Bake in a 325 oven for 25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Chill. Top with preserves, nuts or chocolate.
