    8 ozs. softened cream cheese
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 - 12 oz. carton of Cool Whip
    1 - 6 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 pkg. Oreo Cookies, crushed


    Recipe



    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar unitl well combined. Stir in the cool whip.

    In a bowl, beat the pudding and milk until thickened. Add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the cookies.

    Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
